1 ) HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING TATTOOED BY YOU?
Please fill out the submission form on my “BOOK APPOINTMENT” page with as much info as
possible and I will contact you so we can set it up. I have been overwhelmed
recently so in an attempt to keep things moving and efficient for everyone, and to
keep quality high, this is the system we are hoping will be the best.
2 ) IF I SUBMIT AN IDEA DOES THAT MEAN I WILL EVENTUALLY GET
TATTOOED BY YOU?
I’m hoping this system will be the most efficient for all
concerned. I don’t do certain styles or designs because either (a) I think they are
not good tattoo designs or (b) someone else can do them much better for you.
(i.e. biomech or polynesian tribal)
5 ) WILL YOU START MY BACKPIECE/SLEEVE AT A CONVENTION OR
GUEST SPOT??
I have just started going back to shows so this is relevant. In
most cases, one-shot tattoos at a show are a much better bet.
7 ) ARE THERE ANY LOCAL ARTISTS THAT YOU WOULD RECOMMEND?
A list of every local artist I am aware of, as well as their websites, can be found

8 ) HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER HOUR?
I charge $150/hour. I can work with you if you have a certain amount you can spend per appointment or otherwise.
9 ) HOW MUCH OF A DEPOSIT DO YOU REQUIRE?
I require $50 to hold the appointment for you. It is non-refundable. Any artwork needed will be ready for your appointment and I am happy to make minor adjustments on the day.
10 ) IS THERE A STYLE OF TATTOOING THAT YOU PREFER TO DO OVER
OTHERS?
I enjoy doing realistic and semi-realistic work, a lot of flowing designs.
I do a lot of animals both realistic and not so much, skulls, flowers, and anything
really imaginative. I enjoy both color and black and grey. Oh, and skulls, did I
mention skulls?
11 ) ARE THERE ANY TATTOO STYLES THAT YOU WON’T DO?
Lo-Brid, newschool, tribal and anything too small or fiddly I don’t do. If you are interested
in something with that kind of feel, check out the artists under the
“LOCAL ARTISTS” section of my “LINKS” page to find a good fit.
12 ) HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TATTOOING?
I’ve been tattooing professionally since August 1997.
13 ) WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am tattooing at LOOSE SCREW TATTOO located at 3313A W. CARY ST. RICHMOND, VA 23221.

14 ) WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We’re open 7 Days a week from 12-8PM. I work Tuesday through Saturday but leave early on Wednesdays.
15 ) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO DO A TATTOO?
It really just depends on what it is that you are getting, whether it is in color or black and
grey, how big the overall piece is, and how much detail is involved. To give you
a rough idea, a sleeve takes me anywhere between 30-50 hours. Smaller pieces
may only take an hour or two.
